We ship internationally from Hong Kong via reliable express couriers, and all orders include a tracking number. To keep delivery simple and accessible, we offer subsidized flat rates regardless of weight or the number of items in your order.

Shipping Rates (HKD) & Estimate Delivery Time:

• Hong Kong — free shipping
• Asia — $200 (1–3 working days)
• Oceania — $230 (2-3 working days)
• Europe — $330 (1–4 working days)
• Canada — $400 (1–4 working days)
• USA — $500 (1–4 working days)

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Our rates do not include import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), or local customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Policies:

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We are not liable for lost items. If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
