We ship internationally from Hong Kong via reliable express couriers, and all orders include a tracking number. To keep delivery simple and accessible, we offer subsidized flat rates regardless of weight or the number of items in your order.

Shipping Rates (HKD) & Estimate Delivery Time:

• Hong Kong — free shipping
• Asia — $200 (1–3 working days)
• Oceania — $230 (2-3 working days)
• Europe — $330 (1–4 working days)
• Canada — $400 (1–4 working days)
• USA — $680 (1–4 working days)

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Our rates do not include import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), or local customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Policies:

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We are not liable for lost items. If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, an unclaimed parcel, an incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees, no refunds will be issued. Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping costs if reshipment is requested.
